Tugboat

The tugboat is mainly used as the auxiliary vessel for general cargo barge which transport the steel plates, pipes, wood, coal, rubble, stone, sand, etc., in southeast Asia, middle east, and as the auxiliary vessel for deepwater drilling oil field in Asia. We start to build this kind of vessel from the second half of 2002 and we delivered successfully to the owner from Singapore one tugboat in March, 2003 which was used for transporting coal in Indonesia. Tugboat is the smallest vessel among the powerboat. However, it does not mean that it is easy to build, especially that the towing equipment and the life saving appliance, etc. are complex than the ones on cargo boat. This tugboat is the father of powerboat built in our shipyard and it has won good reputation for Nanjing East Star in southeast Asia. And shipowners become familiar with our shipyard step by step. We have delivered 12 tugboats in six years and we also have 3 tugboat under construction which will be used as auxiliary vessel for iron mine the in Australia. We have become the main supplier of tugboat in China. Building of tugboat has made good foundation for building the special purpose barge.

Special purpose barge

 Special purpose barge is widely used in the construction of maritime work, transportation of special equipment and other special fields. We commit ourself to the market development of special purpose barge used in maritime work from initial period. We successfully open the market for special ballast barge in Korea in 2004. This kind of vessel is mainly used to transport large size steel among China, Korea and Japan. Up to now we have built 11 ballast barge in total. And we become the largest exporter of ballast barge in China in 2006. We occupy an important position in Korea special ballast barge market. The technical difficulties of special ballast barge are the installation and debugging of special ballast system. This is more difficult than the ballast system for common oil tanker and general cargo vessel. This vessel is one of the 2000M3 opened mud lighter we built for Singapore in 2003. The hull of this vessel can open and close automatically. It is mainly used for land reclamation. The technical difficulties of opened mud lighter are the installation and debugging of special hydraulic system. This is more difficult than the hydraulic system for common oil tanker and general cargo vessel.This vessel (in left picture) is the floating concrete mixer we built for Shanghai Construction Engineering Bureau which is used to build the donghai bridge at Hangzhou bay in Zhejiang. It is an important contruction vessel for this project. The vessel was completed in August, 2003. And it has two 5 tons crane and six cement tanks which is 14m high. At that time it is the first 5000 tons floating concrete mixer built in China.

Bulk Carrier

6000 tons of general cargo ship was developed by our company in 2005, has been delivered in 2006, delivered in 2007, second. The ship was built according to the CCS classification Chinese shipowner to build international ship agency unlimited area standard, with material saving, in the same type of a low cost, fast speed, capacity and other characteristics, welcomed by the owner. The smooth delivery of the ship for the successful transformation of our company into a medium-sized merchant ship manufacturing plant laid a good foundation.

Chemical and Product oil ...

From the beginning of 2005, the company will be the development of oil tankers, chemical tankers, such as the development of the market for the future development of the direction of our company. And in 2005 for the construction and delivery of L domestic ship 2 tons of domestic oil tankers in the area of 3800 tons, for us to enter the ship market laid a good foundation.In 2005 to build 3800 tons of domestic aviation companies in the region after successfully signed 2 oil tanker ship 2000 tons of chemical tanker contract, and in August 2006 the delivery of the first ship to be completed in December, second vessels delivered in January 2007. Although the tonnage of the ship is not large, but the technical content is very high, the whole cargo hold and piping system are made of stainless steel material. The whole ship control system has reached the international advanced level of automation. Due to the good quality of construction, the ship has been the United States Shell oil company China branch long-term lease. The ship has played an important role in our company's entry into the international market.In 2007, our company and Thailand Petroleum Company, Singapore GLOBAL company and Malaysia Petroleum Company signed 6 ship of 7000 tons of refined oil tankers (or oil tankers and 2 chemicals ship), the first of which was 2 and 7000 tons of refined oil tanker chemical tanker to be delivered. Based on the experience of the construction of domestic oil tankers, the 6 oil tankers are very successful in the construction process.

Offshore vessel

Offshore vessel is the competitive product as we keep on producing from establishing of our company. We have delivered about 50 heavy deck loading offshore barge to Mideast, Belgium, southeast Asia and so on.
